  • Managing Partner

    Mark Stevens, FHIMSS, is the Managing Partner of EnableHealth, a professional services firm co-founded in 2017. He has also led ARRAHealth, a health IT consulting firm. Mark has served as Vice President at Best Practice Partners (BPP), a leader in healthcare training, process re-design, and IT optimization solutions. He has also served as Vice President of Digital Collaboration Solutions, Senior Director for eHealth Innovation at World Congress, and Executive Director of the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative. Mark is a past President of the Board of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society's Central Pennsylvania Chapter and a HIMSS Fellow. He has also served as a Contributing Editor for Health IT Leaders & News, advisor and co-chair for Healthcare Informatics Health IT Summits, and founding Managing Director of the National MACRA Advisory Council.

    Matthew is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to enhance the patient and human experience. As an experienced healthcare professional who successfully transitioned into healthcare innovation and consulting, he places a significant emphasis on the value of relationship capital in accelerating new ventures. An ecosystem builder, Matthew has cultivated robust industry relationships and engaged subject matter experts, serving as a foundation for collaborative efforts and partnerships. This network (otherwise known as EnableHealth!) fuels his mission to drive transformative technological change. His keen ability to align innovation with market needs ensures that ideas not only flourish but also have an impact.

    Jeanine "Nini" Martin

    Jeanine "Nini" Martin, a strategic leader with over 25 years in the Health Information Technology (HIT) sector, has notably shaped strategy and growth at Microsoft and co-founded the TN HIMSS Chapter, demonstrating unparalleled advisory and leadership skills. Her role in spearheading some of the largest deals in healthcare technology and her academic achievements at UCSB and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine further amplify her influence in merging technology and healthcare.

    Nini is true connector in the healthcare space and utilizes her experience and expertise to support EnableHealth Client achieve their commercial goals.

  • William Paiva

    Healthcare Investment Advisor

    William D. Paiva, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Center for Health Systems Innovation (CHSI). CHSI focuses on improving rural and Native American health through innovative care delivery and IT solutions. The Institute for Predictive Medicine within CHSI utilizes advanced analytics on a vast healthcare database of over 63 million patients spanning 16 years. Dr. Paiva has extensive experience in venture capital, management consulting, and investment banking. He holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Dartmouth College.

    William is our resident investment expert and supports our startup and scale-up initiatives.

  • Jennifer Barrows

    Senior Advisor

    Jennifer Barrows is a seasoned professional with a network of contacts in various industries across the U.S. and internationally. She has supported the technology sector and simulation and training industry in Central Florida. She served as Chair of the Advisory Board of GrowFL, providing peer-to-peer support for CEOs of second-stage companies through a partnership with the Edward Lowe Foundation. Jennifer also represented Withum for several years, a national accounting firm in the Central Florida market focusing on the health and sports technology ecosystem. She has a reputation for connecting key people in various industries, including healthcare technology, manufacturing, private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

    Her strong leadership skills bring opportunities for growth, innovation and new partners to the EnableHealth ecosystem.

  • Charles Aunger

    Healthcare IT Advisor

    Charles is a seasoned CTO and Health2047 Advisor, with expertise in healthcare IT transformation, particularly in cloud and enterprise tech strategy. He held senior IT executive roles at Stanford Health Care, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Mubadala, Accenture, Citrix, NHS, Numonyx, and Bupa. Charles is widely respected in the IT industry as a British Computer Society Fellow and a Forbes Technology Council member. He earned an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool.

    Charles leads our faculty at technology focused healthcare events and supports clients navigate all aspects of healthcare IT industry.
